Straight facts, no fluff
The excellent cleanliness and comfort made it good. The location offers picturesque views of Felixstowe docks, perfect for watching container ships. I enjoyed exploring the nearby nature reserve via the foot ferry. Breakfast choices could use more variety, though.

My stay was amazing here. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were efficient and extremely friendly, location was stunning in a working Marina with Port of Felixstowe opposite. Location: the property was next to the ferry from Harwich International Port, restaurant and the pub.
The staff were miserable, didn't expect that coming.

The views from the Beautiful Double Room were fine. Watching the sunset shimmer off the water. The room itself felt spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. Staff helped us check out later, giving us a much-needed lie in after traveling with our kids. We encountered issues with parking. Many spaces were occupied by boats, a bit tricky to find a suitable spot. The lack of disabled parking was concerning, as we didn't see any close to the hotel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent views from the gorgeous balcony.
Upon arrival, the parking situation was frustrating. Most spaces were taken up by boats, leaving no convenient option . It was shocking to find no apparent disabled parking spots, unacceptable. Inside, the shower had a slippery floor and was inaccessible for those with mobility issues, especially with the absence of grab handles.

Fine views from the balcony, picturesque surroundings of Felixstowe docks, access to nearby nature reserve via foot ferry
The lack of nearby disabled parking is unacceptable!!! Slippery shower floors without grab handles pose mobility issues !!! The misleading distance from the ferry port needs to be addressed!!!
